HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Each artist at Heartache is in charge of their own bookings and schedule. Please get in touch with the artist of your choice directly for appointment inquiries. You can find each artist contact info on the 'Artist' Page.

DO YOU TATTOO MINORS?
No, We only tattoo 18+. There are NO exceptions with parental consent.
WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
We are currently open Wednesday- Saturday 12pm-6pm. Though our artists do book outside of this set schedule.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURLY RATES?
Each Artist Has thier own pricing/hourly rate. Please get in touch with your desired artist directly.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
YES! call us for same-day availability 604-519-1859
We are typically appointment only but if we are open and available we will fit in call-ins when we can. Give us a call or email ahead of time to see if we have time for same-day appointments. We also love taking on mystery tattoo walk-ins, we have a GET what you GET gumball machine, featuring 20 designs from each artist. (See our Instagram account for more info).
DO YOU HAVE WHEEL CHAIR ACCESS?
Unfortunately, because we are located on the second floor of a heritage building, we do not have wheelchair accessibility. Please Contact us if this is a concern, and we can discuss options.
WANT TO GUEST SPOT?
We are always interested in having new artists in our space. Get in touch with us if you would like to arrange a guest spot. We are excited to meet you!
WHERE DO I PARK? IS TRANSIT CLOSE?
We are located across the street from Front Street Parkade. There are 3 levels of hourly or daily parking. We are also located in walking distance of both Columbia and New Westminster Skytrain Station.
